1. Products and Custom Orders
Lazer Shark Designz sells laser-engraved products, including custom and personalized items.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, team selections, designs, quantities, and other customization information before submitting an order.
Because many products are individually engraved or made to order, slight variations in color, texture, grain, engraving depth, and appearance may occur. These natural or production-related variations are not considered defects.
2. Customer-Provided Designs and Information
When you provide artwork, logos, text, photographs, or other material for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use that material for the requested purpose.
Lazer Shark Designz is not responsible for errors in customer-provided text, spelling, artwork, or other customization information when the finished product accurately reflects the information submitted with the order.
We reserve the right to decline a customization request that we cannot reasonably or legally fulfill.
3. Orders and Payment
Payment is due when an order is placed unless otherwise agreed upon.
Submitting an order does not guarantee that every customization request can be produced. If we cannot fulfill an order as submitted, we will contact you to discuss available options or issue an appropriate refund.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-description errors and to cancel and refund an order when necessary.
4. Cancellations and Changes
If you need to change or cancel a custom order, contact us as soon as possible.
Once engraving, customization, or production has begun, an order may no longer be changed or canceled.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Lazer Shark Designz.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect orders, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are generally final sale except in the circumstances described in that policy.
7. Product Images
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display our products. Actual products may vary slightly from photographs or digital previews because of differences in materials, natural surfaces, engraving results, lighting, displays, and production.
8. Website Content
Unless otherwise indicated, the content created by Lazer Shark Designz for this website—including original photographs, graphics, product descriptions, and designs—may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lazer Shark Designz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page along with an updated revision date.
Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
