Refund & Returns Policy

At Lazer Shark Designz, many of our products are custom-made or personalized specifically for each customer. Please review our refund and return policy before placing your order.

1. Custom and Personalized Products

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

• The item arrives damaged or defective.
• We made an error in the customization or engraving.
• You received an incorrect item.

Please carefully review all names, spelling, team selections, designs, and other customization information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

2. Non-Custom Products

Non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• Returned in its original packaging when applicable.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending a return.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs showing the damage or error when applicable.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Because many products are made specifically for each customer, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

Once production or engraving has begun, the order cannot be canceled or changed.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After a refund is issued, processing times depend on your bank or payment provider. It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Return Shipping

For approved returns of non-defective products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Lazer Shark Designz or the product arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise.
